Reflexology & Wellness

by Annette

Imagine walking into a softly lighted, tastefully appointed room, taking off only your shoes and socks, sitting in a comfortably cushioned reflexology chair and for the next hour, while a Licensed Reflexologist nurturingly works on your feet, you experience profound relaxation as wave after wave of accumulated tension and stresses leave your body. You walk away feeling more relaxed and better than you felt for quite a while.

Testimonials...

Annette has worked on my feet a handful of times over the last 8-9 years. There have been many times where I have had pain in my body and she has been able to tell me where I have pain or issues without me telling her any information. That is very impressive! Annette knows what she’s doing, is very kind, and does a great job! I wouldn’t even consider going to anyone else to get reflexology done. ~ Joel

Annette has been working on my feet for years now. I always feel so refreshed and relaxed after my session. She’s helped me through a few health issues with reflexology and I’m so grateful to have her be the one I go to! She is super personable and great at making you feel at ease throughout the whole thing. My doctor has sent me her way whenever I need reflexology, so she’s highly recommended! ~ Jenny

Skeptical at first, I tried foot reflexology with Annette. It is amazing how much she knows about the whole body and easily points out where there is inflammation! I felt great afterwards and able to sleep much better! So, so worth it!!! It was nice to sit & relax and visit with Annette, a very knowledgeable therapist in her field of expertise!

~ Michele

What is reflexology?

Reflexology, as a manual practice, consists of working with specific finger, thumb, and hand techniques, applied to specific reflex areas to stimulate the complex neural pathways linking body systems, supporting the body's efforts to function optimally. The traditional practice of reflexology primarily focuses on the theory of reflex maps and their representation on the feet, hands and outer ears.

Reflexology is often confused with massage but it is a separate modality that originated thousands of years ago in places such as China, Egypt, and India. It is not intended as a substitute for medical care but can be a wonderful complement.
