Reflexology
Feet, Ears, Face, Hands
Reflexology is a therapeutic practice that works by stimulating specific points and energy pathways in the feet and also in the ears, face and hands. These points correspond to different parts of the body and allows me to "communicate" with the nervous system. The intention behind each touch is key, as it shapes the results of the session. My goal is to create a deeply relaxing experience, helping your body find balance and function at its best. To achieve this, I use slow, gentle, and precise techniques that are completely pain-free. It’s important to understand that reflexology is not the same as a hand or foot massage—it's a specialized practice rooted in its own unique methods and philosophy.

AromaTouch Technique
The Aromatouch Technique is Doterra's signature and proprietary method developed by Dr. David K Hill. The AromaTouch Technique was created for use with certain Doterra essential oils in a safe, effective and unique way to promote a sense of overall well-being. By using a specific set of oils in a precise protocal, the AromaTouch technique focuses on four different areas: stress relief, immune enhancement, inflammatory response reduction, and homeostasis. Each session is about 45 minutes, but may also be scheduled and fully completed in half hour if need be (this must be mentioned right away). A typical Aromatouch session is done on the back and feet and goes into the hair as well.
It is important to note that Doterra's essential oils are pure and potent. This being said, please advise me of any allergies you may have at the time of scheduling. This gives me the opportunity to give you a sample of each oil to try prior to your appointment, if you choose. Fractionated coconut oil is applied to the skin prior to any oils, even if you have not had a history of skin sensitivity. It is good to also note that these sessions are very light in pressure and though they include techniques that may be found in a Swedish massage, it is not, nor does it include a massage.
