Cancellation and No-Show Policy

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment.

Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

If you do not call or text to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service (if you have a card on file, this will be charged).

If you are late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of time actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
